Hey!
Here’s your by-weekly 4 minute read to kick-start your week!
A quote that inspired me:
“Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.” – Oprah Winfrey
Passion isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s the fuel that drives high performers. When you do what excites you, challenges feel like opportunities, and the grind becomes something you actually enjoy. The trick? Finding it. And even more importantly—daring to live it.
A life hack: How to find your passion and actually live it
Most people don’t “lack passion”—they’re just too stuck in routines to notice it. Passion isn’t something you find like a hidden treasure. It’s something you ignite through action. Here’s how:
Follow your energy, not just your skills
You might be great at something, but does it make you come alive? Pay attention to what energizes you. If something drains you—even if you’re good at it—it’s not your passion.
Revisit what fascinated you as a kid
What did you obsess over before the world told you what was “realistic”? Often, your childhood interests hold clues to what you should be doing.
Experiment, don’t overthink
Passion isn’t found in your head—it’s found in action. Try new things. Get uncomfortable. You won’t “think” your way into passion—you’ll do your way into it.
Surround yourself with people who live passionately
Your environment either fuels you or drains you. If you’re around people who complain all day, guess what? Your fire dims. Surround yourself with people who are excited about what they do. Their energy is contagious.
Give yourself permission to change
What you’re passionate about today might not be what excites you in five years. That’s okay. Passion evolves. The goal isn’t to lock into one thing forever—it’s to stay open to what excites you next.
When you stop waiting and start living your passion, you don’t just work—you create. You don’t just exist—you thrive.
What’s on my mind:
This week, I attended an event that really made me reflect on what happens when you own your passion. When you stop playing small, stop doing what’s expected, and start stepping into what truly excites you.
I met people who weren’t just “working”—they were on fire with their ideas. You could feel the energy in the room. They were doing what mattered to them, and it showed. And you know what? That energy is magnetic. When you’re living your passion, opportunities come to you, not the other way around.
But here’s the thing: most people don’t take that leap. They settle because it feels safer. They hold back because they’re scared to be “too much.”
Here’s my challenge for you this week:
Find one small way to lean into your passion. Write that post. Send that message. Take that first step. The moment you start, momentum kicks in.
And trust me—nothing is more powerful than living with passion.
Enjoy your week!
